Battle Report: Grey Knights vs Space Wolves (2k)
Hey guys. Check out this video. I brought my Grey Knight army with all of the new different groups that I talked about in my Road to Nova Intro post against Steve’s Thunder Cav Space Wolves army. We played one of the NOVA primer missions. This is our first video so let us know what you think. We are always trying to improve. Remember to subscribe and like our stuff.
By the way, we missed some of the video in the middle, but tried to make up for it with pictures. Don’t worry we won’t be doing it that way next time (unless you guys like it that way). Nice battler report. Very well done.
Thanks Dave. We are trying to get the process smoothed out for next time. There should be another battle report up by the end of the week. If you have any advice on what to change let us know, we are always looking to improve.
Good report, I like the style. The armies look really great, especially the lighting effects on the GK tanks. My only criticism is that it felt like the close combats were glossed over too quickly. I wasn’t sure what happened to the thunderwolf cav.
And pyskers in a khorne army! Heresy!!
Thanks. We actually lost some of the footage of this game and tried to compensate. The wolves had some lucky rolls the first round of combat and some unlucky ones the second time and got wiped.
And I agree, psykers have no fluffy place in a khorne army (even if they are space wolves). But hey, all of Khorne is Heresy to the emperor of mankind, so I guess it’s fair. Never can tell what Chaos is doing.
