Music or No Music in Battle Reports?

Hey all, we’ve been hearing a lot of mixed comments recently about whether or not we should have music in our batreps. We have two videos with backround music (Grey Knights vs Space Wolves & Eldar vs Salamanders) and two without (Eldar vs Salamanders Follow-up & Eldar vs Space Wolves). We want to hear what you think. Please take the poll below. Any specific comments can be made in the comment section.

Thank you all for your continued support! We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our fans, so please don’t hessitate to share your thoughts with us!

About themightysquig

Hey all, First, I have a confession... I am a Warhammer 40K noob. I have never played a game in my life. However, I am friends with Matt, so that has to count for something. I'm actually a photographer, so most of the pictures and videos you find in this blog are going to be from me. I hope you enjoy it! I will also be serving as webmaster for this blog, so feel free to let me know if you have any ideas on how to enhance it. I'm excited to see what we can come up with! I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I enjoy working on it. Be sure to keep checking back (or better yet, SUBSCRIBE) to see our new content. And don't forget: when in doubt, WAAAAAAAAAAAGH! I said that right, didn't I? --themightysquig

  1. I voted yes, but I would like to clarify a bit. I think that you should maybe have some sort of intro/outro music. However, you should not add music during the content of the report. That can be a bit distracting.

That’s a good idea. I’ve been considering doing some kind of special intro and ending to our vids to replace the rather boring black screen we use now. Its just a matter of figuring out what we want to do.

Actually, we want to increase the overall visual quality of our vids anyways. There’s a lot that we are considering at the moment. I plan to discuss these potential “upgrades” in a future blog post. Keep an eye out for it!

Thanks for the comment. We’re always looking for new constructive input!
